- What type of wrapping do you use on the meat?
- It’s a double wrapped shrink wrap. It allows you to see the meat and gives it a tight seal which lessens the chance of freezer burn.
- How many days do you hang beef for?
- 10-14 days is our standard hang time. Longer times can be requested, but not recommended.
- Can you explain how the whole process works?

- If properly taken care of (not being thrown around/thawed and then refroze) it should keep for a year.
- What type of animals do you process?
- Farm Animals: Cattle, Pigs, Sheep, Goats, Buffalo
- Big Game: Deer, Elk, Antelope, Bear etc.
- How far do you go with mobile butcher?
- When should I bring my animals in for butcher?
- The week before your set butcher date Greenleaf Meat Packing will call you and set up a day to bring your animals in for processing.
- Are you a USDA inspected processing plant?
- No, we are not USDA inspected
- Do you sell grass-fed beef?
- No, but you can order it on CunninghamPasturedMeats.com or Mcintyrefamilyfarms.com
